He has managed over £500 million of international property developments and raised more than £120 million from a global network of private and institutional investors. Mark has structured and managed collective investment schemes across multiple jurisdictions and asset classes, securing strategic capital partnerships including a £250 million credit facility with Canada Life to scale residential acquisitions in the UK. His track record includes successful exits and long-term advisory roles across sectors including real estate finance, life tenancies, agribusiness and industrial biotech.

Rishi Khurana

Based in the London office, Rishi has over 10 years experience in both the development and investment management of commercial real estate. He leads on all capital formation and transaction execution activities. He has track record in the UK, Ireland, Portugal and UAE, with experience spanning ground-up office and brown-to-green repositioning, industrial & logistics, Living and mixed-use masterplans. Previously, Rishi was the Finance Director of Sidra Capital, a global investment firm with over £1.5bn in assets under management, representing Middle Eastern ultra-high net worth investors across the UK and Europe.

Markus Hoffmann has over 15 years of experience investing in, operating and selling businesses in fields ranging from green technology to real estate and pharmaceuticals. He has managed investment portfolios in excess of $150m on behalf of family offices in London and New York. Markus holds a degree in Corporate Law from the London School of Economics.

Harald is a business economist and transaction advisor with 30 years of independent experience in real estate and alternative investments. He specialises in analysing private asset structures, international property strategies and supporting clients across Switzerland and the DACH region. At Purestone, he focuses on project acquisition, scouting and evaluation, assembling teams, creating transaction structures and developing location strategies. A skilled communicator with a focus on conflict management, Harald helps navigate complex investment decisions with clarity and confidence. He is also a passionate skipper and rower.
