His experience includes structuring and managing collective investment schemes across multiple jurisdictions and securing a £250 million credit facility with Canada Life to expand UK residential acquisitions. He has also advised businesses in real estate finance, agribusiness and industrial biotechnology.
Markus has over 15 years of experience in technology, real estate and private equity. He has managed investment portfolios in excess of $150 million on behalf of family offices in London and New York.
He holds a degree in Corporate Law from the London School of Economics.
Margaret has 40 years of experience in accountancy, 20 of them in property development. She holds a degree in Accountancy and spent time as a lecturer at an local technical college. She has worked in the UK, the Netherlands, Spain and Portugal. Margaret is also active in charity operations, supporting community projects, donor engagement and outreach programmes. She is committed to social impact and helps disadvantaged individuals and families reach the opportunities and resources that improve their quality of life.
Scarlett brings more than three decades of experience in marketing, communications and brand development across the property and software sectors, including luxury real estate branding, digital strategy and event direction. At YOO Lisbon, she leads marketing strategy, brand positioning and communications and acts as the interior design and brand liaison.
She holds an MA in English Literature from King’s College London and a BA in English and Creative Writing from Sweet Briar College.
Rishi is a senior partner based in London, with more than 15 years’ experience in commercial real estate and finance. His work spans office, operational living, hospitality and residential investment and development across the UK, Ireland, Portugal and the UAE.
He has originated and advised on more than £750 million of debt and equity opportunities and invests in early-stage fintech, data analytics and insurance businesses. He also serves as a Board Advisor to LandlordInvest, an FCA-authorised peer-to-peer lending platform.
Rishi holds a BSc in Biochemistry from Imperial College London and is an ICAEW Chartered Accountant (ACA).
Harald is a business economist and transaction advisor with 30 years of independent experience in real estate and alternative investments. He specialises in private asset structures and international property strategies, supporting clients across Switzerland and the DACH region.
At Purestone, he focuses on project acquisition, scouting and evaluation, assembling teams, transaction structures and location strategies. He holds a BA in Business Economics.
Alain has over 25 years of experience in capital markets, private investment and company operations. He is the Founder and Managing Partner of Assetive LLC, a US strategy, capital and operations advisory firm, and previously served as Chief Investment Officer of a multi-family office.
He holds a degree in Government/Law & International Affairs from Lafayette College.
Edward has been involved in exploration and production primarily in East Texas, Louisiana and Oklahoma since 1979. He operates through Smith Resources LLC.
He holds a BBA in Accounting from Baylor University and a BSc and MSc in Geology from Centenary College.
